Refund Policy
1. Inspection & Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection.
We reserve the right to document returned items (including photo and video evidence) to prevent fraudulent claims.
2. Approved Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Refunds are processed once per week

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Processing time by your payment provider may vary and is outside of our control.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:

Clear photographs of the item

Photographs of the packaging

The shipping label
Failure to provide evidence within 48 hours may result in claim denial.
4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior contact:

We will provide proof of delivery, tracking confirmation, order confirmation, and inspection documentation to the payment provider.

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to the relevant authorities.
We reserve all legal rights in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
AUGE Atelier’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
