SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Auge Atelier ships worldwide from Italy.

We offer complimentary insured shipping to most European countries once the applicable minimum order value has been reached.
Worldwide shipping is also available. For destinations outside of Europe, shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

• Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed, even with express shipping.

• Processing time and delivery time are separate.

• Orders placed on Monday are typically dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to accelerate delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Italy: 1–4 business days

• European Union: 4–8 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Asia: 1–3 weeks

• Australia & Canada: 1–3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, peak periods, or unforeseen delays.

Auge Atelier is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment to receive your tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities.

These charges:

• Are not collected by Auge Atelier (unless stated otherwise)

• Are not included in the product price

• Are non-refundable

For customers in the United States, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping — import duties are included in the shipping rate.
