We want you to love your AUGE Atelier piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

By placing an order with AUGE Atelier, you agree to the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

Failure to notify us within this period voids the right of withdrawal.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
• Be returned in original packaging with all protective materials
• Include all tags, inserts, foam holders, and security elements

We reserve the sole right to determine whether returned items meet these conditions.

Any item that does not comply will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Gift cards
• Items returned without prior authorization

4. Product Conditions & Security Tags

All pieces are sold as-is and may show minor signs of age.

All items are fitted with a security tag. Returns will only be accepted if:

• The security tag remains fully attached
• The item shows absolutely no signs of wear or use

Removal or tampering of the security tag automatically voids return eligibility.

5. Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.

If you require assistance, please contact us prior to shipping.

All returns must:

• Be shipped using a tracked and insured shipping method
• Include valid proof of shipment
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage

AUGE Atelier is not responsible for:

• Lost return shipments
• Damaged return shipments
• Customs fees incurred during return
• Packages sent to the wrong address

If tracking does not confirm delivery to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

6. Return Authorization & Address

Returns must only be sent after approval.

You must contact us before shipping.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Refused or Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet eligibility requirements:

• The item will be returned to you
• Reshipping costs must be paid in advance
• If unpaid within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item

No refund will be issued for rejected returns.
